Chef Silvano was born with a passion for cooking and spent his formative years training alongside his father in Italy, at the beautiful Lake Como. He has worked at some of the world's most prestigious luxury resorts as Executive Chef across Europe and Asia, before finally settling in Thailand and leading the culinary teams of Phuket's top hotels.

"It is my absolute pleasure to introduce Southern Thailand's ultimate culinary destination to you, a collection of 11 restaurants and bars offering a range of diverse, but most importantly delicious cuisines from all over the world. Authentic food is our passion, and our culinary team boats multiple nationalities including Thai, Italian, Indian and Turkish chefs who cook each dish from the heart. Our team are on hand to ensure that every meal is not just complimented but enhanced by an extensive selection of wines and crafted cocktails, and even the simplest of pleasures such as a sunset beverage can be enjoyed to its fullest."

Chef Silvano and team are vocal advocates of sustainable practices and embrace the use of local produce wherever possible. He works with local farmers and supports responsible vendors to source the finest, freshest local ingredients, whilst working tirelessly to reduce food waste and recycles and upcycles at every step.
